This is one of my favorite dishes!
- Brussel Sprouts
- Sea salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
The simplest of recipes, just wash and cut the sprouts in half. Cover in ghee, salt and pepper, and roast on 400F/200C for about 45 mins, checking every 15 mins and turning sprouts so that they cook evenly.
For the non-veggies out there, adapt this by adding/replacing ghee with butter and/or canola oil. Bacon bits also work a treat cooked in to the sprouts.
